Reflection for annotated bibliography

The annotated bibliography for my topic “War on Drugs” was a very interesting and expansive topic that can connect to many things. When looking for information I was aware of some of the controversial things and the general idea of the war on drugs. Therefore, there were some things that surprised me and therefore expanded my knowledge such as most of the victims is people of color when the U.S population is mostly white. Also, since some of my friends were drug users I was interested in the government’s fight for their “War on Drugs”.  Also, since many of the sites I use give us the MLA citation is was very helpful to be given the correct citation instantly.
Some of the challenges I faced while typing up my annotated bibliography was that many of the informative articles was recorded twenty or more years ago. However, there were also a fair number of articles that were still recently made. When I was writing my reflections, they were not as hard as I thought they would be.  As I could connect the information form my articles with my thesis very easily. My thesis is basically the discontinuing the war on drugs because of the many negative effects it is causing to society and for a human. This thesis had an expansive amount of information to connect which makes it easier to put more information.
